Glow Christmas took me to places I’ve always wanted to visit, all in one place! This was my first year attending Glow Christmas as we never had the opportunity last year. To compare, I can’t but I know for me, this was an event I won’t soon forget.
Many favorite aspects have returned that we saw at Glow Harvest like the food trucks, light up hopscotch, live music, and the glowing swings.
They also had the market, playground, train ride, mini golf, bouncing animals corral, and Belle and Cinderella.
TAKE A TRIP AROUND THE WORLD
The theme this year for Glow Christmas is Glow Around the World. With towering, magnificent light displays that make up the bulk of Glow this year, it will transport you to places you’ve always wanted to visit.
PASSPORT STAMP SCAVENGER HUNT
My daughter had a blast going around finding the six passport huts to get her stamps. Some were a bit tricky to find which I enjoyed. As you travel through each country there are MANY opportunities for those Instagram worthy shots!
A PERFECT DATE NIGHT
For me, I felt like this event gave off more of a date night feel. Compared to Glow Harvest being 100% a family event. The interactive play areas have been shrunk down to make room for the light displays. My daughter had a good time but I felt like it would have been the perfect night away with the hubby.
I would have loved to grab a nice adult beverage and wander the grounds hand in hand. I would have also done a little Christmas shopping from the local artisans like Our Little Soap Co, Little Bean & CO, and The Free Reign.
Glow Christmas runs from November 22nd-January 19th 2019 You can purchase your tickets here.
Will you be attending? Would love to know how last year was compared to this year for you! Grab your tickets, go and then come back and let me know!
